HMO – About the Company

The Croatian Pension Insurance (Hrvatsko mirovinsko društvo, short: HMO) was established on 24 April 1992 as a public limited liability company, by the Agreement concluded between the then Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Croatian Workers and the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Croatian Individual Farmers. The bodies of the Company consist of the Assembly, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.

 

By the Decision of the General Assembly of the Company of 15 December 2000, the company HMO d.o.o. is registered to perform the following activities:

 

• Other financial intermediation

•  Management of holding companies

•  Business and management consulting.

 

Within the registered activities, HMO engages in administrative and technical activities related to HZMO's portfolio, within which it:

• Maintains all prescribed bookkeeping and other records about companies from HZMO's portfolio

• Cooperates with the Legal Department of HZMO in the court proceedings conducted for the payment of dividend

• Prepares and conducts the court proceedings for the collection of all receivables from the sale of companies from HZMO's portfolio

• Takes care of and undertakes all necessary activities related to the collection of all due receivables.
